opportunities at various locations nationwide. The store management
internship program is designed to allow interns to gain valuable
retail and leadership skills through hands-on experience of the
day-to-day operations of a successful retail store.
• Drive for Results: Review and participate in our Front End and
Back of House Operations providing guidance and direction to the
store team in the areas of guest satisfaction, associate
development, inventory control, human resources, safety, asset
protection and expense control, so that the store may operate as
efficiently and profitably as possible.
• Focus on Guests: Ensure the continued fiscal success of the store
as well as the satisfaction of its guests and employees.
• Talent Enhancement: Discover how Human Resources impacts
staffing, development, retention and brand management.
• Problem Solving: Receive training on how to discourage theft and
fraud while maintaining store safety.
• Working Together: Develop leadership skills for managing diverse
