About International Sculpture Center

A nonprofit dedicated to sculpture and sculptors, the International Sculpture Center (ISC) was founded in 1960. The center is made up of sculptors, collectors, patrons, developers, curators and others with an avid interest in the art form. The ISC seeks to both expand knowledge and appreciation of sculpture and provide a supportive environment for its creators.

ISC hires interns to assist in the following areas: advertising, archiving, arts administration, business, conferences and events, fundraising and development, membership, and web and portfolio. Examples of tasks that interns may work on are performing research, preparing development and board materials, preparing grant materials and mailings, assisting with monthly mailings, preparing financial materials, digital and physical cataloging, assisting with the coordination of the Outstanding student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award, helping with the center's Resource Directory, assisting with event marketing and running events, updating the website, and sending promotional materials to galleries.
