  • Employee Resource Groups

CSRA values a diverse and inclusive workforce, characterized by flexibility, collaboration and innovation. We support our employees with progressive policies and programs that reflect CSRA’s values.

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are internal, employee-initiated groups designed to bring together people with a common set of interests within a safe environment where they can find support, guidance, personal growth, mentorship and friendship. Together, we create an environment characterized by openness and opportunity in which every employee is enriched and inspired.

Employees can enjoy participation in a variety of ERGs:

  • Abilities First
  • African American
  • Faith & H.O.P.E. (Honesty, Optimism, Prayer and Encouragement)
  • Future Leaders
  • Hispanic Network
  • P.R.I.D.E. (People Representing Inclusivity & Diversity Everywhere)
  • Veterans Salute
  • Women in Leadership
  • CSRA Cares
  • CSRA Cares (Our Volunteer Program)

The CSRA Cares program supports a group of core charities, which are non-profit charitable organizations that are focused on STEM education, veterans communities and health issues facing our communities. We partner with organizations that support our customers, resonate with our employees, align with our brand, and when possible, integrate our Corporate Wellness Program. We strive to make an impact on those charities that represent CSRA values and the diverse market in which we operate, through both corporate support and employee engagement opportunities.

  • Dollars for Doers

In addition to providing financial support to charities within our core focus areas, we encourage our employees to volunteer for the causes that matter most to them. Through our Dollars for Doers program, we recognize and reward employees for their volunteerism. Once they have completed 10 hours of volunteer time, employees may apply for funding for charities that meet CSRA guidelines. Employees may earn up to $500 per organization per fiscal year. Employee volunteer efforts support a variety of organizations including those focused on arts and humanities, animal rescue, human services, and a host of other worthy causes. Additionally, through a memorial donation fund, CSRA honors the memory of an employee who has passed away by making a donation to a 501 (c)(3) charity of their family’s choosing.
