intern opportunities may include working during other school breaks
or on a part-time basis while attending school if the Company has

the rate being determined by their academic standing (ie.
Sophomore, Junior, Senior). Intern pay rates are based on
established college starting rates. College starting rate
projections are gathered annually from survey sources such as the
College Placement Council and Edison Electric Institute. Intern pay
rates are calculated as a percentage (between 50 and 75 percent) of
the applicable college starting rate for the particular academic
