Interns work on real projects as part of a Hewitt team. The firm
offers three types of internships: business analyst, programmer
analyst and actuarial consultant. Business analyst interns work on
teams that manage pension, 401(k), or health and welfare benefits
issues. Programmer analyst interns work with the technology that
administers benefit plans. Actuarial consultant interns help
clients address various employee benefit issues, such as mergers,
pensions and financial analyses of health care benefits.
