Created by American Express founder William Fargo in 1850 as a "pony express," Wells Fargo is now one of the banking industry's powerhouses. Internships are available in audit, capital markets, corporate and commercial banking, finance, internet and technology, customer service, sales, operations, investments, project management, marketing, communications, real estate and business banking support groups. Many interns find full- time jobs through the internship program.


Open to college juniors and seniors with good written and verbal communication skills, analytical aptitude and leadership abilities. Candidates should be majoring in a field of study related to the internship. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Check the website for specific program requirements.
