About Blackstone Summer Analyst Program

Blackstone is a premier global investment and advisory firm that strives to provide solutions that create lasting value for our investors, the companies in which we invest and society at large.

As a leader in alternative asset management, we are a trusted partner to many of the world's top institutional investors. Through our various investment vehicles we preserve and protect over $190 billion in assets for public and corporate pension funds, academic, cultural and charitable organizations, among others. Our diverse range of funds makes private equity, real estate, credit and hedge fund investments all over the world. We also have a leading independent financial advisor business, handling highly complex and critical M&A, restructuring and reorganization assignments for corporate and government clients on a global scale. We also offer fund placement services to alternative investment managers. All of our businesses reflect Blackstone's strong partnership culture, solid foundation of intellectual capital, commitment to exceptional performance and uncompromising integrity.

Recruiting for Summer Analysts begins in October with events and information sessions held on select campuses. The application deadline for Summer Internships is early January. Candidates must apply through the Blackstone website, as well as through their career center if Blackstone is actively recruiting on campus (note: application deadlines vary by school).

Current juniors are eligible to apply for Summer Analyst positions. Candidates may apply to multiple groups at Blackstone and may be selected to interview for more than one group.

First round interview selections are made in January or early February; we will either return to campus for on-campus interviews or arrange for in-office or phone interviews for schools where we do not actively recruit on campus.

Final round interviews are held soon after first round interviews and are conducted in our offices. Our recruitment process typically concludes by the end of February and the summer internship program begins in June.
