About Bloomberg LP Global Summer Internship Program

Bloomberg harnesses the power of information for people who want to change the world. Whether they're in business, finance, government, policy or philanthropy, Bloomberg helps clients turn data into insights so they can cut through complexity to solve challenges great and small.

At Bloomberg, you'll be part of that network. And part of an organization that's constantly entering new markets, launching new ventures and doing what nobody else has done before. You'll find that with the right attitude, you can go as far as you want.

Bloomberg is very proud of their open culture. No one needs an open-door policy for his or her office, because no one has an office. Everyone sits in open bullpens, shoulder-to-shoulder. Employees are measured by their contributions, and not by titles. Even Bloomberg's conference rooms have glass walls. And, employees love to share ideas over a free snack or coffee in the well-stocked pantries. The mix of people and points of view they get from nearly 19,000 employees in 73 countries fuels innovation.

Whatever your major or program, whether you're an undergrad or a postgrad, if you're interested in fields from finance to news and from technology to clean energy, there's a place for you there.

After initial orientation and training, you'll start contributing to projects immediately. Managers will give you constructive feedback and career advice, and through work seminars and cultural and philanthropic events, you'll gain even more insight into the culture there. You will also hear from leaders from across Bloomberg's businesses throughout the course of the internship.
