About Moss Adams Summer Internship Program

Our winter and summer internships are fun, challenging, and a great way to jump-start your career. You'll walk away with skills that will come in handy no matter what direction you take, and your time with us will include robust training and mentoring to help you succeed. You can apply today on our campus job portal.

Assurance and Tax Services

Our winter and summer internships with the assurance and tax groups will give you valuable insight into our firm as you collaborate with different clients, industry groups, and professionals. During this 8- to 10-week program, you'll work with a team on similar tasks and assignments as a first-year staff accountant. After completing your internship, you'll understand the expectations of a staff accountant and gain unique insights into the exciting future that awaits you when you graduate.

State and Local Tax (SALT) Services

When you're an intern with our SALT team, you'll serve a variety of businesses with transactions in multiple states. You'll help clients stay informed on current and proposed laws and compliance requirements in the income and franchise, sales and transaction, and property tax arenas. You can participate in projects related to tax credits, incentives, and refunds, or you could develop expertise in unemployment tax, refund audits, or nexus analysis and planning.

We conduct two rounds of interviews each year for entry-level positions and internships, usually in the fall. To be considered for a first-round interview, you'll need to submit your résumé, cover letter, and unofficial transcripts along with your online application.

  • First-round interviews consist of a one-on-one interview, taking place on campus or over the phone.
  • After you're selected, second-round interviews occur in one of our offices and usually consist of three interviews as well as lunch and a social event.
