About Crowe LLP Internship Program

The Crowe Internship Program, which ranges 10-14 weeks, is offered in the summer and spring to top-achieving students. The program begins with firm and BU orientation and provides a well-rounded overview of Crowe LLP's clients, work initiatives, culture, people and values. The interns are aligned to existing project teams to experience real industry work and direct client engagements. Interns have the opportunity to work closely with Crowe LLP leaders at all levels and have immediate access to partners. They participate in information sessions led by firm leaders and enjoy various networking and team-building opportunities. Summer interns participate in Crowe Serves, a day of community service at local not-for-profit organizations.

To further ensure the intern's development and experience, all interns have a performance manager and peer liaison to provide feedback and support throughout the program. The Crowe Internship Program provides an environment where students can build strong skills in the workplace and have real hands-on experience. Everyone at Crowe LLP helps make the Crowe Internship Program  a positive experience by providing guidance and answering students' questions throughout the internship. The internship program is the number one pipeline for full-time hires and Crowe LLP experiences about a 90 percent acceptance rate. It is standard for our former interns to receive a starting bonus if they are offered and accept a full-time position with the firm.

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

Outstanding academic performance in whatever major is required for the position (e.g. Accounting, Information Technology, etc.)

Minimum major and cumulative GPA of 3.0 required. Minimum major and cumulative GPA of 3.2 preferred

Proficiency in Excel

Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs)

Accounting majors are required to meet 150 credit hours by start date (before beginning full-time employment)

Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels

Available to work/travel evenings or weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Authorized to work and accept new employment in the United States

Will not require employment sponsorship now or in the future, to obtain, extend or renew your authorization to work in the United States

Valid driver's license is required
