Application Process

At active partnership schools, applicants will be asked to submit their resume through their school's career website. Those pre-selected for Round 1 interviews will interview in the January/February timeframe via Hilton Worldwide's digital online platform, HireVue.

If you do not attend one of the partnership schools, candidates should apply through our careers website to the "Property Internship" job posting. If selected, students will follow the above interview format.

Top candidates from the HireVue interviews will receive an internship offer in the February/early March timeframe for a select discipline and assigned property.

Application Deadline

Applications are live on January 1st and we accept applicants on a rolling basis. Positions are open until filled.


Applicants must be currently enrolled in a four-year college or advanced degree program with a Hospitality, Business, or related discipline.

Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior in the degree program.

Applicants must possess a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher. GPA of 3.3 is preferred.

Ability to be on-site and work at assigned hotel/resort.

Applicants must have the ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English.

Must be well organized and capable of prioritizing tasks associated with multiple projects at once.

Strong work ethic and analytical problem solving capabilities.

Positive attitude and perseverance in the face of challenges and/or changing circumstances.

Excellent presentation, speaking, and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a group environment with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
