Requirements

Requirements differ based on the internship position:

Business Development Manager (MBA): Candidates must have an MBA degree (pursuing from full-time studies) and experience in selling software solutions to large enterprises preferred. They must also have excellent communication skills and strong writing and presentation skills; a strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling; exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills; a passion for technology, both consumer and enterprise; and some understanding of cloud computing, Microsoft Office 365, or devices preferred.

Business Programs & Operations (Undergraduate and Graduate): Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, communications, operations or related fields (pursuing with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship). They must also possess a demonstrated ability in program or project management, preferably in the technology field and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the bility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, deal with ambiguity, make trade-off decisions, meet deadlines, and drive for results.

Legal & Corporate Affairs: Candidates must be a first-year law student pursuing a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school. They must also possess excellent analytical ability and legal drafting skills; excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a large number of diverse internal groups, teams and divisions. In addition, candidates should have a demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment; and have the ability to research and learn new concepts and legal issues quickly to facilitate problem solving.

Supply Chain & Operations Management (Undergraduate, Graduate and MBA):  Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in operations, supply chain management, industrial engineering or relevant fields (pursuing with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship) or an MBA degree with a focus in operations, logistics or supply chain (pursuing from full-time MBA studies). Candidates must also have experience with global materials life-cycle management (development, launch, sustaining and end of life) and start-up/shut-down process management preferred; experience with enterprise resource planning, material management systems and implementations a plus; and the ability to analyze, explain, and draw conclusions based on complex data from multiple content areas.
