Requirements

BMO Capital Markets seeks highly motivated individuals with strong analytical and communication skills, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Additionally, the firm desires candidates who display exceptional leadership in extracurricular activities. Preference will be given to those students with a concentration in finance, accounting or economics. Some additional requirements are based on the position being applied for:

Summer Investment & Corporate Banking Associate -  This position is open to candidates in the first year of their MBA program.

Summer Sales & Trading Associate - This position is open to candidates with more than 6 months remaining in the first year of a graduate degree program. The ideal candidate must possess excellent research and analytical skills; excellent data manipulation/spreadsheet skills including VBA; be detail and results orientated; have demonstrated knowledge of financial markets; and general knowledge of financial strategy/accounting/economic/capital management principles/analysis.
