Application Process

For the schools that Rehmann recruits at during recruiting season (Sept/Oct), students should attend school career fairs and submit their resumes to Rehmann's job postings at their school to be considered for an on-campus interview.

For students that Rehmann does not recruit at their school, they can apply online with Rehmann and submit their resume and transcript -

Application Deadline

The ideal time to be considered for an internship opportunity for the following year will be during the Sept/Oct recruiting season. Rehmann hires interns and students for full-time opportunities 3 months to a year in advance.

Internship opportunities are for accounting and finance students that are in their junior or senior year in college and have above a 3.0 GPA. Skills/experience required are leadership, critical thinking and communication skills, ability to work in teams, a sense of urgency and excellent computer skills. We are seeking students who are pursuing a career in public accounting or the finance profession.

Required is the commitment for students to take a semester off (from Jan to April or July to Dec) during their internship working 45 to 50 hours a week - 5 days a week.

When applying for an accounting internship, students are required to have 3 core accounting classes completed. Preferred completed classes are Financial Accounting, Intermediate I and Intermediate II. Tax and/or audit is preferred, but not required.
