Application Process

Check with your college or university's Career Services Center to see if you attend a school where we actively recruit. If you do, please follow your school's process for applying for our internships.

If you do not attend a college or university where we actively recruit, please submit your resume and a copy of your transcript online at You will search for the Audit Intern/Associate - College Students or the Tax Intern/Associate position - College Students positions and submit your resume for the internship you are most interested in. If we have an interest in pursuing you, we will contact you within 2 weeks.

Application Deadline

Our campus recruitment efforts are in full-swing during September - October - so to be considered for an internship for our upcoming busy season, you should submit your resume as early as possible during that timeframe. We typically post new positions each June/July on our website - so you can submit your resume for the following year at that time if you do not attend a school we actively recruit from.

To be successful in this role, an Intern at Eide Bailly must be working towards a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, on-track to graduate with 150 credit hours that give you the eligibility to sit for and acquire your CPA license. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as you will interact with business professionals at all levels. And, a desire to succeed and make an impact are fundamental. Students in their junior or senior year of college who have completed their basic accounting courses and are enrolled in or have completed an audit or tax class are preferred - as this gives them the foundation needed to perform successfully in the internship. You must be authorized to work in the United States permanently to qualify for an internship. We do not provide sponsorship for full-time employment, and the goal of the internship is for it to turn in to a full-time position.
