How to Apply

Application Process

All applicants must complete an online profile through Armanino's career site/job listing. They are required to submit a resume and cover letter. Transcripts are welcomed and may be requested as well.

For students that attend a university where the firm actively recruits on-campus, students must complete an additional application through the university's career center job board. The same documents are required.

Following the application process, some candidates will be selected for a first round interview with either/both the HR Director or Campus Recruiter. This may take place on-campus or in-house. For students far out of the area, a first round interview may take place by phone/video chat.

After first round interviews, select candidates will be invited to second round interviews. Second round interviews are conducted by a mix of managers and partners and always take place in one of the firm's Bay Area offices. Additionally, candidates will have lunch with staff and seniors during their second round interview visit.

Offers are decided following second round interviews.

Application Deadline

If the student attends a university where the firm actively recruits on campus, they will need to complete their application by the deadline created through the career center's on-campus interview process. These deadlines vary between late September and early October.

If the student does not attend one of the above-mentioned universities, he or she should apply by Setpember 30.
