Introduction
Spa managers oversee the operations and staff at spa facilities. They plan and direct spa programs and schedules, manage the budget, and hire and supervise employees. They also handle customers' inquiries and maintain client databases. They work in spas that may be stand-alone facilities or facilities found within hotels, resorts, and wellness and fitness centers.
