They prepare solar energy system proposals, including descriptions of the work plans, price quotes, and funding options. They work for wholesale and commercial solar energy companies; professional, scientific, and technical companies; and manufacturers of solar energy systems and technologies. They identify and consider each customer's specific location, access to sunlight, and energy requirements.
