Industries & Professions /
Paper Processing Workers
If you are considering a career in paper processing, high school
courses in chemistry, physics, and mathematics are valuable.
Because the industry is heavily computerized, basic computer skills
are vital. You should take classes in computers whenever possible.
If you are interested in installing and repairing paper processing
machinery, courses in shop, mechanical drawing, and blueprint
reading may also prove helpful.
