Nursery owners and managers are responsible for all aspects of the operation of a nursery, garden center, or greenhouse—from growing, feeding, transplanting, and protecting plants to overseeing day-to-day operations (including sales, marketing, human resources, customer relations, building upkeep, and accounting).
