Magazine Editors

Employment for editors of magazines, newspapers, books, and directories is expected to decline by 16 percent through 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Labor. Additionally, rising printing costs have forced some magazines to reduce the number of issues printed or transition their print products to electronic-only publications.
