Lawn and Gardening Service Owners

The benefits of a nice lawn aren't just aesthetic; a well-kept lawn can increase property value and provide a safe place for children to play. According to the National Gardening Association, U.S. households spent $29.5 billion on professional lawn and landscape services in 2012, up from $24.5 billion in 2001. This increased spending has created excellent employment prospects in the field. In fact, the U.S. Department of Labor reports that job opportunities for self-employed grounds maintenance workers will grow much faster than the average for all careers through 2022.
