Human Resources Consultants

Job growth for human resources consultants is expected to be good in the coming years, after a recent slowdown due to the economic recession. As the economy slowly improves, more HR consultants will be needed to help provide advice regarding staffing and the management of benefits, compensation, and other HR-related issues. According to Kennedy Consulting Research and Advisory, in-demand specialties will include compensation consulting services, workforce planning, and managing pension risk and health care costs.
