Dickinson College - Pennsylvania – Academics Survey
Survey Excerpt: Class sizes can vary, but they are overall small. I have been in a 6
person language class, 50 person bio lecture class with 25 people in
each lab, and 20-30 person poli sci course. I have always been able to
have a close relationship with my professors thanks to the small class
sizes. This is not the school where you can pick and chose what da

Stanford University Law School – Academics Survey
Survey Excerpt: The academic rigor of law school tends to be what most people
(understandably) fear, but I would argue that this is the respect that
makes Stanford stand out. We have top professors (almost all of whom are
leaders in their fields, former SCOTUS clerks, etc.) but more
importantly, the ones who come to Stanford want to teach, which makes
them far mor

University of Iowa (Tippie) – Admissions Survey
Survey Excerpt: The admission process was competitive but streamlined. It consisted of
essays which involved a basic understanding of my current achievements
and future goals. GMAT score is an important element in the process of
determining scholarships and assistantships. In combination with work
experience and GMAT scores are used to categorize students into

Columbia University – Academics Survey
Survey Excerpt: Although GS students take classes with the traditional undergraduate
population, the graduation requirements are less strict. I more or less
fulfilled the math requirement in junior high and the science
requirements in high school. I didn't really, but the suggested classes
to fulfill the requirements were equivalent to a first course in algebra

Haverford College – Academics Survey
Survey Excerpt: Academics at Haverford are challenging and rewarding, though certain
departments are certainly moreso than others. Students are eligible to
take classes at Bryn Mawr College, Haverford's sister school, Swarthmore
College, and the University of Pennsylvania (though it's a bit more
difficult to enroll in a class at UPenn). The student body is general

Southwestern University School of Law – Academics Survey
Survey Excerpt: First year students at Southwestern are required to take 5 classes each
semester. The classes are typical to that of most law schools and
include contracts, civil procedure, legal writing, criminal law, torts
and property. Southwestern is unusual because first year students
choose one elective during their first year. After the first year
