Where do you get your company information?

Vault's extensive research includes a wide variety of reliable business sources, including the companies themselves. Our famous "insider" information is sourced from our ongoing directed surveys of active employees and students.

Do companies pay you for the profiles you write about them?

Absolutely not. Our reports are independent and unbiased; we never take money from the companies we cover. While some companies do pay for content on the site, our sponsored and advertorial content remains separate from our editorial content.

How can I add a company that Vault does not already profile to the site?

To suggest a company to add, please send an e-mail to Customer Service. If possible, list any relevant information (e.g., locations, number of employees, revenue, etc.) that would make it a compelling addition. We consider all viable suggestions, but cannot guarantee inclusion on the site.

My company recently changed some of its office policies. Can you change my company's profile to reflect those changes?

We like our company information to be accurate and up-to-date. If you have news to share — from a new dress code or salary increases to layoffs or an impending merger — please send an e-mail to Customer Service.

How are you planning to expand your content?

Vault is always improving, so please be sure to check back for more companies, news, features and other content.

How can I become a content contributor on Vault?
