Best Law Firms for Diversity

The 25 Best Law Firms for Diversity ranking is based on how well firms perform in five individual diversity categories.

  • Survey Methodology

Lawyers and firm management place increasing value on a diverse working environment. That's why Vault has devoted a special section to associates' rankings on diversity issues. Our diversity section includes separate categories for diversity as it relates to minorities, women, LGBT individuals, and individuals with disabilities. To determine our Best 25 Law Firms for Diversity, we used a formula that weighed the four categories evenly for an overall diversity ranking.
