Best Law Firms for Diversity

Associates rate their own firms on how effective they are at fostering a diverse working environment.

  • Survey Methodology

Our diversity rankings are based on each firm's own associates' ratings of how the firm does at creating, maintaining, and fostering a diverse workforce. Our diversity rankings include separate categories for diversity as it relates to minorities, women, LGBT individuals, and individuals with disabilities. To determine our Best 25 Law Firms for Diversity, we use a formula that weighs the four categories evenly for an overall diversity ranking.
