Want to Review a Different Company?
of 5 stars
The benefits and pay is good for starting out but increases little to none for the time worked. The ability to talk about what you can do matters more than actual results when getting promoted. The pay in the remote rural areas is at least 50% less than the major city locations. Opportunities are limited and advancement is nearly non-existent. At times, due to the amount of overtime required, the equivalent hourly rate was around minimum wage."
