Most of the people are great, pay is pretty good for location

Downers

Opportunities are pretty poor in the data space

Comments

Understand that this is consulting, if you are tied to wanting to do what the job posting says you'll be doing, don't consider it. It often sounds like things are different here, but at the end of the day, they very much are not.

Lack of diversity in management.

Great place to work out of college. Growing firm with lots of other young talent. It may not be your choice for the long haul with limited training opportunitues and a move toward more travel and away from the founders "work where you live motto." It is a male dominant organization, and women are not promoted at the same rate, especially once they have children. Management structure is weak/disorganized but can be okay if you are a self-starter.

rewarding culture for those willing to work hard enough

lack of true growth opportunities, inflexibility in sales model, intra-office politics between HQ and satellite locations

Comments

CapTech is a great place to begin and grow an early career, or, if you're more advanced, to come and take a break while you look for your next move.

They have grown to fast and have forgotten about the consultants. Marketing department is huge and HR does not care. Sad - use to be a great company.
