Want to Review a Different Company?
of 5 stars
1. the people2. the salary3. the training & people development4. sufficient budget & investment in brand
the China head quarter is located in Guangzhou, which is not a good choice for a lot of people;Long process to move things forward
A very good company to start after graduation, its own logic and process to work are very useful even outside P&G

The people at P&G are simply amazing, across all functions. They are smart, driven and passionate. As a promote from within company, P&G and the people there really care about seeing you grow. P&G is also a great place for training and developing strong marketing and leadership skills.
P&G is big and slow. Sometimes the processes and the complex organizational structure get in the way of delivering growth and business results.
If you are looking for a career in Brand Management, there is no better place to start than P&G. However, because it is an up or out system, you also need to be aware that P&G is likely not the place you will be at after 10 years (that is in marketing, other functions are not up or out).
