About TEXAS A & M RESEARCH FOUNDATION
Established in 1944, the Texas A&M Research Foundation provides administrative services and support for scientific and technical research, primarily within The Texas A&M University System. Its Program Development Department helps university faculty locate and approach potential sponsors and funding opportunities.The organization also provides accounting and financing support as well as grant and contract negotiations. The foundation supports a number of projects and initiatives, from the Center for Advancement and Study of Early Texas Art to vaccine research at the university system's college of medicine. It is a private, not-for-profit organization.
