- Cool office in Flatiron
- Exciting mix of clients
- No project is like the other
- Great people and culture

Downers

- Workload can be heavy
- Not a lot of training
- Not always a lot of direction day to day

Comments

Vivaldi is a great place to learn. Iif you are self motivated and internally driven to learn, this is the place for you. If you need validation and a lot of mentoring and direction day to day, there are probably more suitable places to start your career in

People, Challenging work, Work/Life balance

Downers

Ambiguity that comes with a small organization

Comments

People that do best here are comfortable with ambiguity, aren't afraid of speaking up and are comfortable making themselves heard. Vivaldi is not as structured as larger firms, which can have benefits (more exposure to partners and directors) and disadvantages (no formal training process, some growing pains). The work is challenging, and clients are highly satisfied with the results delivered. Many lasting client relationships.
