People, people, people! And we do C-level strategy work for some of the coolest, most innovative clients in the market today

Downers

Honestly, typical consulting pains - fluctuating schedule, etc.

I'm afraid I won't be able to find a firm that has a better balance of interesting work, quality of life, current compensation, and upward mobility.

Uppers

Balance of quality of life, challenging strategy work, compensation, and opportunity for advancement.

Downers

So much strategy work gets sold on reputation so even if we do a better job than McKinsey on a project they still probably get hired.

A fast-paced journey of self-discovery, client impact and constant professional growth, with colleagues that are truly friends

Vibrant, close-knit culture of people who are genuinely motivated to make their clients successful.

Downers

It's still consulting, and with that comes volatility, long hours at times, etc.

You have to make a personal decision based on how well you feel like you fit with the company. For me, it's been a phenomenal fit, but you have to be interested in a smaller, entrepreneurial feel, and you have to be really proactive and take control of your own path to be successful. The client work is all growth focused, primarily with marketing leading companies, and if you like that, it's a huge plus.

Small firm, big impact.
