Brattle is a special place to work, made so by a culture that sometimes feels more like a think tank or academic institution rather than a consulting firm. Our recruiting process at all levels is stringent and specifically adapted to hire those who we believe will thrive in and reinforce our culture. If you get hired here, expect to work closely with teams of principals, associates and RAs to solve difficult problems that often require unique and innovative solutions.

Whether you are seeking to learn from the best while weighing your future graduate school options (RAs), build a future consulting career (associates) or grow/relocate your consultancy to a firm with great support staff and excellent colleagues (principals), you should give Brattle a strong look.

Extremely intellectually stimulating projects while supported by enthusiastic colleagues -- a perfect blend of academic and applied work experience

The stimulating project work and supportive and enthusiastic colleagues

Comments

Brattle offers an environment the bridges academia and industry. Some of the partners/project managers also work as professors at nearby universities and teach courses. This focus on learning and intellectual engagement flows into the firm culture and type of projects we bring. I feel intellectually stimulated and supported by my colleagues every day.
