When going into an interview, you are evaluating the interviewer as much as he is interviewing you. During any interview, always think about, "Would I want to work with this person?" If the answer is "no", then the firm might not be a good fit. When I interviewed at Simon-Kucher, the answer to that question was always "yes". That is why I chose it.
