The support staff and some of the other consultants in the office.

Old fashioned approach to consulting, no training, single focus on financials - not on client needs, no marketing dept, culture of command and control, no clear strategy or brand.

Advice to Candidates

Think carefully where this will take you in your career. What will be your next step from here. There is no training and you are unlikely to learn current skills on the job. A boutique might provide a better next step.
