ScottMadden is good, mid-size consulting. Lots of opportunity to do varied, hard work. Good mix of "down in the dirt" process investigation and tactical/strategic work. Travel is tough but that is true for most consulting firms. Great leadership

If you are looking at management consulting firms exclusively, we offer slightly above average pay and slightly below average benefits, but the ability to move up in title, responsibility, and salary very quickly.
