Advice to Candidates

If you are interested in power, energy, or shared service models, it is a fantastic place to work. Also, pay attention to your gut feeling about how you click with the consultants. If you aren't a good cultural fit it would be best to look elsewhere since we place a high emphasis on that.

Also, I no longer dread work on Sunday nights and it is the best feeling in the world.

ScottMadden is a consulting firm that values it's people and their contribution differently than many other firms. I doubt I would have stayed in consulting as long as I have without ScottMadden's approach and values.
