A great place for a career in consulting

Protiviti has been and continues to be an excellent experience. The support structure is excellent, with an overall dedication to the development of its employees. Protiviti constantly refreshes training programs at the Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager levels, infused with relevancy by relying on more senior level resources (Associate Directors and on up) in delivering the training design as well as facilitating the training sessions. Further, Protiviti has a structured mentoring and coaching model. At the end of the day, the people development is based on open and honest communication.

See the big picture - Internal Audit and SOX projects are excellent opportunities to learn about how business processes are supposed to work along with understanding the difference between a process that is working versus one that is well-managed (i.e. appropriately controlled). Many of our entry level resources will be deployed against such projects. As you develop and excel in these projects and build your personal brand, opportunities in the more consulting focused solutions will open up. Bottomline - you gotta crawl, then walk, then run.
