Salaries well-below the Big4 and other consulting firms too.
Promotions only based on sales.
Generally asked to work on both sales and deliveries at the same time.
Not ready in most areas to compete for top clients.
Variable work/life balance.

Advice to Candidates

Weak client base makes necessary constant business development struggle to attract new business. This is not the company that needs to decline work for inability to staff it.
