Midlevel in Financial Services | New York, NY | 2017 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

It's not too mentally taxing.

Downers

Lack of concern about retaining and developing lower level staff.

Comments

Carefully look at the small print - they try to bury reductions in benefits and compensations when they present it to us, so I imagine it is also relatively hidden for candidates. Look beyond the headlines of seemingly positive sounding benefits like student loan payback - the actual benefit is very minimal.
