Poor Treatment of Employees

1.0 of 5 stars

October 2017 | CURRENT EMPLOYEE

The health benefits package at PWC is good so far

Downers

PWC does not train their employees with professionally courses or classrooms. Their hiring model is seek out college students, pay them low wages and get rid of them to cycle new recruits. PWC has no loyalty to no one but the partners. Don't believe me? Checkout their employee retention averages.

Comments

PWC promotes itself on Tweeter, Facebook and other social networks as pro women and minority organization. On the contrary, PWC uses the H1B and H2B programs to lower the salaries and to reduce the American workforce. They seek out people from the Philippines and India as a way of employing minorities. waste your time... Really, don't waste your time here!

Brand name. Big 4 firms carry weight with many other companies, especially in financial services.

Downers

Lack of interesting work. Advisory practice for financial services is almost entirely regulation and compliance work.

Comments

Go in and try to get on a good project. Don't be afraid to say no, otherwise you can get locked into a miserable experience for years.
