Low-travel; 50 person office, dark jeans dresscode and open layout makes it feel very start-uppy; intellectually stimulating strategy work, Boston office has a deep strength in Information Services, which is a hot sector.

Downers

Low name recognition, fairly standalone from the European offices. Small size means no research dept and a lack of formalized training, so lots of bootstrapping to figure things out on your own. Lack of travel has the downside of less face-to-face client exposure.

Comments

make sure you like the office. Low-travel + long hours means you'll be here a lot.

None really stick out - its a great firm all round. Training & development has been an improvement area in the past, but we are working on it pretty hard.

Comments

The culture is outstanding here and quite unique - try to to get to know it during the recruiting process.
