December 2015 | FORMER EMPLOYEE

Uppers

Steep learning curve only limited by yourself.

Very mature conversations among employees and partners of different levels on how to cope and how to make things better.

Excellent benefits.

Downers

Long hours and pressure to perform are a drain on your physical and emotional health.

The Client comes first, then the Firm, and only then you. Since both the Client and the Firm are super demanding, there is very little in for yourself.

Comments

It's a brilliant place, a beautiful institution. If you get in and have interest, give it a try. I don't know of anyone who regrets trying it out.
