Experienced in Financial Services | Washington, DC | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Salary & Benefits Review

The best perk is flexibility of where you perform your work and when, especially at higher career levels. Medical plan options are decent as well, and the salary/bonus compensation is very competitive, if not higher than market. In terms of worst aspects, our dental plan options and associated cost structure are lacking, and our 401(k) match/vesting period is less than ideal.

Experienced in Retail & Consumer Goods | Boston, MA | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Salary & Benefits Review

Health insurance is expensive and not flexible, other perks are hard to take advantage of and not communicated easily/well or in a targeted way. Other policies (e.g. paternity leave) lag other competitors in the space.

Executive in Strategy | New York, NY | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Salary & Benefits Review

Comp package could be more impressive - the benefits in particular are pretty poor - but they do go out of their way to reward high performers.
