Interview Review

Typically a first round interview on Campus with a Super Day that consists of 3-4 interviews with Managers to Partners. Our ideal candidate is post-MBA (my group does not typically hire undergrads unless they are an experience candidate or on rotation) and is passionate about M&A and deals.

Sample Interview Questions

Interview Review

Interview process is painful - takes 2-3 months from phone screen to offer. People will put up with a bad process knowing the company has a brand name, but if a small company did recruiting like this company, it would never get employees.
