Sallary, processes


Should onsider better about sellary policy, keeping the best talents. IBM should force more personal responsibility, its not needed always to go and ask for everything through complicated pproval process. Sme criterias should be used evrywhere. Dealing with public sevtor and government should b according to market standards, and should giveequal opportunity to IBM as others have (Cisco, HP, Accenture)
