Amazing Colleagues. Collaborative, supportive, and resourceful culture. Interesting and challenging case work. Comprehensive training and learning opportunities. Lack of hierarchy. Enriched activities and enjoyable life.

Downers

If join as an analyst, might need to apply MBA/PhD or change job after 3-4 years working.

We claim that we have the best and birghtest employees, acadmic affiliates, and clients. But our competitors also make that same claim. Here is the tie-breaker: we import consultants from our competitors without losing thriving employees to our competitors. In the end, for those who want to be economics consultants, once you experience Analysis Group you will want to work here for the rest of your career. There is no higher praise than that for a workplace.

The people and work here are amazing. I love being challenged to always work hard and do my best.

Downers

It is hard to not fit into the classic hierarchy. I sometimes don't feel appreciated as much as I could be.

Great people. High quality work product. Amazing focus on helping employees develop.

Downers

Occasionally no control of hours

Comments

My style is more to ask potential candidates questions and see what they are trying to get out of a position, then communicate with them regarding how that could be possible here. There is just too much to communicate to try to sum things up otherwise.
