Same Name, New Look
Vorys was established in Columbus, Ohio, in 1909 by the same four named partners on today’s letterhead. Rare for a century-plus-old firm, Vorys has not changed its name since opening its doors—though the firm itself looks entirely different nowadays. Over the years, Vorys has grown from a four-person office in Columbus to one of the largest Ohio-based law firms, with nearly 375 attorneys.
