info

  • “Prior to the pandemic, the attorneys would socialize outside of work together pretty frequently. Things changed when we started working from home, but we've still made it a priority to get together about once a month for group lunches.”
  • “Everyone is professional but friendly, and everyone I have worked with has been excited to be showing up and working for the firm.”
  • “The culture is supportive. There are opportunities to socialize virtually and there is very little tolerance for poor behavior.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “QB is looking for ‘non-traditional’ candidates and has shifted its hiring strategy in certain groups to be the right person versus the right credentials. I believe they've widened the net of what they're willing to consider as a suitable background. It is a very squishy process that doesn't really seem to consider any of the ‘traditional’ qualifiers. I have no idea where most of my colleagues went to school or if they were on a journal.”
  • “The firm values experience and personality. There do not appear to be feeder schools for my office.”
  • “From the perspective of an applicant the firm's hiring process was competitive: they were responsive, friendly, and made clear why one would want to work here. I have not yet been involved in the other side of the interview process.”
